Saaaaturrrdayy

is not so great as it should be… I’m here babysitting and all I really want to do is be at home cleaning and organizing and maybe taking a nap this afternoon.  However, we’re pretty darn broke and need the money so here I sit, at their computer while the munchkins watch Cat in the Hat.  They are being pretty good today (maybe its their lack of seeing me lately?) and their mom is gone for the day (great for me, as they are BAD BAD BAD when she is here) but their dad will be home at 1.  GRR.  I’ll just have to make that naptime so I don’t have to deal with them being buttheads. 

I was tagged by Krisi Sauer to do a 5 Random Things About Me on my blog, but sheesh my brain is fried and I can’t think quick off the top of my head right now.  I’ll try to think this afternoon and hopefully in the next day or two do that for ya girly (if I forget— go ahead and bug me k?). 

Hmm so what else is new?  The roof is almost done.  I will post pictures when its finished b/c we restructured the roof on the back of the house and it looks a ton better.  Hard to explain to anyone who’s never really stared and contemplated they weirdness of our roof, but lets just say the people who added on did a half-assed job and its pretty ho-dunkity.  We fixed it a little bit to make it look more normal, and I think it definitely helps the appearance of the house.  I’ll post before/after pics later and point it out exactly and you’ll know what I mean.

There’s quite a bit of stuff I want to get done today-

1. New blog decor- I need to come up with a new banner
2. Dust and clean and organize my office
3. Start some files for all the copies of lessons/worksheets that I get from M & G
4. Clean the upstairs, although it is probably not worth doing until the l.room and bedroom ceilings are fixed.
