My first "real" photography client picked up her order today and was extremely happy. She just found out she is pregnant and plans on booking another session to get belly pictures taken with her 2 year old. That should be fun!
I also just placed an order for 2 other clients last night, and I’m so excited about getting this photography thing off the ground and running. I would love to eventually be able to do photography as my main source of income and have flexible schedule so I can stay be more of a "part time working mom" and have more time to be at home with the baby and any future children we have. We’ll see how all that works out, though. Right now, I’ll just have to focus on teaching. It is a great career- I’ll at least be able to be home in the summer, right?

Great job! I hope you can stay home…I really wish I could. But teaching is the next best thing to it. You will at least have the same schedule as your kids once they are in school!

How exciting to have real clients!! Do you send the pics out to be printed? I would like to have a photoshoot of myself (man does that sound vain??) sometime soon!
