Was I really making "sweeping statements" about black country singers the other day? HMMM…. Well tonight I got an email from "Fish" aka kivapowell and here’s what they had to say:

Well, if I remember correctly, and I DO remember correctly- I wasn’t judging anyone for being black, or being a country singer, or wearing orange shirts, or eating cake or anything freakin queer like that. I was simply stating that I was confused at first as to whether Cowboy Troy was mocking country music or if he was for real. Nothing more than that. I wasn’t judging him for "rapping" to country music or for being on CMT. So, Fish, or Kiva, or whoever you are, please think through a bit before you email me with your derogatory comments. I wasn’t judging him, and you shouldn’t judge me. Oh sheesh! If I remember correctly, this is MY blog! HAHAHA and I can say whatever I want, and if you don’t like it, and if you were offended, PLEASE DON’T READ IT! 🙂 And my goodness- if you’re that worried about my "sweeping statements" at least have the balls to post a comment on my blog instead of emailing me!!
