Porter had his 2 month (rather- 9 week) appointment this morning, and he was so smiley and happy- until he got his shots at the end. His poor world came crashing down. His leg bled. His face got red, he cried real tears. Poor baby.
He’s doing great according to Dr. VanWagnen. He weighed 10lbs 14oz (30th %) and was 22inches long (25th %). I did have her check his mouth again for the thrush because his tongue is still covered in white. She didn’t think it was still thrush- she thought it was milk residue (she scraped it with a tongue depressor thingy and it kind of scraped off). We just have to watch to see if it spreads to his cheeks, and in that case it’d be thrush.
Other than that, pretty uneventful.
