It’s 6am… I’m wide awake. Not weird…. unless you knew that we have NO BABY in our house and I could be sleeping in if I were not so imatient to go pick up my baby boy. Call me crazy.
Last night we had our second Game Night at Heather and Ryan’s. There were 5 couples, and we had a BLAST. My mom watched Porter for us, and we had figured we’d be back by 11:30 to pick him up. Except we were having too much fun and by the time we started getting sleepy and checked the clock… it was past midnight! My mom had called and said he could just stay the night. Porter’s first night away from home. Awwww… and I miss him. So, I’m thinking he’ll be up within the next half hour and I’m going to go pick him up. I woke up at 6am, wide awake, and hopefully I can be productive and get some of my scrapbook projects done that are due in the next week for SJ and SBH.
Our game night– let me tell you— ROCKS. We’re going to have the. coolest. game. nights. ever. Heather and I are going to come up with "themes" for each game night. Such as… Kid Night… where we play classic kid board games (Candy Land, Sorry, Chutes and Ladders) and everyone brings "kid-friendly" snack. And a Pizza Themed night… we all bring different kinds of pizzas- Fruit, Veggie, Dessert. And for Halloween… We’ll bring Halloween snacks and have a pumpkin carving contest. We were laughing that we’ll have a waiting list to get in on all the fun. HAHA!
Well, I am going to scrap now. Here are a few "sneak peeks" to some of my Design Team projects that will go live on Scrapjazz on October 1st:

Thanks Heather for sending me the picture from Kids N Stuff. (L to R) Me and Porter, Katie and Donnie, and Heather and Sawyer. Porter is one lucky guy to have two little buddies so close to his age to hang out with!

Oh, and this is hilarious… Heather watches Porter for me (which I am soooo thankful for!), so twice a week he and Sawyer get to hang out and rough and tumble with eachother. Well, last week Porter was in his cranky mood, and ended up waking Sawyer up from his nap. Heather took this adorable picture of the boys, eating their babas together in the playroom. Awwww…. aren’t they cute?

Awesome layouts Nicole! He is getting soooo big!
I love playing games too, but rarely find a group to play with. Your themed nights sound really fun…I wish i lived a little closer!
