Yesterday I picked up a few scrapping goodies on my way to meet Maria and Leslie at Crazy Cowboy for margaritas. I got some $1 ribbon from Michaels and some papers from JoAnns. I’ve also been picking up chipboard alphabets and alphabet stickers over the past month or two whenever I see them on sale. I figured my little purchases yesterday would give me motivation to scrapbook.
Its been over 4 months!
I had a session this morning, and afterwards I took Porter on a walk and to the playground to spend a little quality time with him. He went down for a nap when we got home (around 1) and shortly after I headed to my cave dwelling office and attempted to scrapbook.
I have no creativity. NONE.
Its 4:30, Porter is still sleeping, and I’m sitting upstairs eating oreos and blogging and feeling sorry for myself because I no longer possess the creative abilities to document my family’s day to day life.
My legs hurt, and I’m not sure if its because I sit on my ass all the time or because I wore heels last night or because I actually went on a walk. Outside. Further than my mailbox.
Speaking of last night, Les, Maria and I met up at Crazy Cowboy for margaritas. Would you believe this is the SECOND time I’ve been there and their freaking blender machine was broken? Yeah, so no frozen margarita with sugar, please, for me. The last time I was there (over a year ago), the same thing!
Note to Crazy Cowboy Management: Go buy a freaking blender! No, wait, buy TWO so you have a backup for when yours takes a shit!
We didn’t stick around there for long, just one drink, and then we went to Hunt Club, where we should have headed in the first place, I guess. I got my margarita and the girls had a glass of wine, we muched some appetizers and chatted for quite awhile. Good times.

hang in there girl!! I haven’t scraped in forever either– doing some digital design- but that about it- not really desiring too. It will come back–you just have tons going on!!

You’re a better woman than me! My 13 year old scraps & I don’t even go that far so @ least you are still in the game! You’ll get your mojo back-something will inspire you:)

try digital scrapping!! I vowed I would NEVER do it and I am so addicted now! no mess and you can stop and start whenever you want even if it’s only for 5 mins!
