Last year I posted all the progress we’d done in our new house. I realized I hadn’t posted another updated list for the past 365 days…. so I’m going to do that now. And backdate it so its all even and exactly 365 days, ya know?

- Rewire dining room light
- Remove wallpaper from kitchen walls
- Tear down dining room/kitchen wall
- Patch, sand, prime and paint kitchen walls
- New countertops in kitchen
- Tile backsplash in kitchen
- Put up wall trim/molding in diningroom
- Repaint foyer
- Put eaves troughs outside back door
- Sand, stain and poly the stairs
- Finish the landscaping in the front yard
- Paint the front door and shutters on the house

- Finish drywalling in beam in kitchen
- Put in slate kitchen floors
- Build 16’x30′ deck off back of the house
- Landscape around deck
- Sealcoat driveway
- Fence in backyard
- Install garage door opener
- Rearrange downstairs bathroom… swap sink and toilet
- Retile downstairs bathroom floor
- New vanity in downstairs bathroom
- Move washer and dryer upstairs to mudroom
- Tile mudroom floor
