My Killer Attack Dog got attacked by a POODLE

20_2 Remember awhile ago I posted that someone at my brother’s baseball game called Ramsey a "Killer Attack Dog?" (Yes, that was the technical term he called her..)  Well here’s something pretty funny.

See, Ramsey and I went for a walk last night and we went down this road by the lake.  On the left side of the road there was a guy standing in his driveway talking to someone in their car.  He waved, said hi.  I said hi.  Across the road is where Killer Attack Poodle lives.  Now, KAP has come after my precious Ramsey before.  Mind you, this is a 5lb little white poodle.

About 2 years ago we were walking, as we were doing last night, and this little old woman had her poodle outside and the poodle must have had a boost of courage and ran up to us barking her head off and after her ran the little old woman scraming "Mimi Mimi come back here!" and of course nothing happened… Ramsey just sniffed the dog like "What the hell kind of dog is this" and the woman rescued her precious little Mimi from the viscious grips of Killer Attack Dog’s 9 inch fangs and scolded her that she could have been killed.

Anyway, that was 2 years ago.  Here come Revenge of the Killer Attack Poodle.  So, we’re walking, we say a friendly hi to the guy in his driveway, and I notice that Mimi (KAP) is out in the yard with her owner.  I stay on the opposite side of the road, hoping that Mimi doesn’t notice us and come after us.  I also hoped the woman was smart enough to have her dinky little dog on a leash or something.  I mean, why do little dogs think they are so tough?  So we nearly pass the house of Mimi and her owner, and here truckin down the road comes Mimi, barking like crazy after us.  I grab Ramsey’s collar, thinking that if this little runt of a dog surprises her she might snap or bark (further looking like the Killer Attack Dog with Vicious Fangs, of course) Well, little Mimi comes up and JUMPS at my Ramsey, barking and biting at her. Ramsey is absolutely stunned. She tries to scoot away from this pincusion mouthed rat, and I am hollering "GIT! GIT" at Killer Attack Poodle.  She doesn’t retreat and comes AFTER my 80lb dog, continuing to jump at her and bite at her.  Damn. I had to do something quick because I swear if some little rat of a dog had been biting at me I sure as hell would have snapped back by then. Well I take my waterbottle, half frozen with ice-half water, and whack that little rat dog on the side and tell her to "GIT" once more.  She ran backwards (err.. flew??) and I waited for Mimi’s owner to come out and scream at me for hitting her dog (which would she rather happen, the dog get hit or bit??). Mimi’s owner must not have had her hearing aid on or something because I never saw her.  Killer Attack Poodle ran back to her own yard and Ramsey and I continued on down the road, to be met by two boys on bikes who asked if she bites.  I said nope, but try the little poodle down the road, she does.

  1. ROTFLMAO! I am sorry that I find this so funny. GOOD FOR YOU for smacking that little KAP! I love dogs, but I have never really liked poodles. Poor Ramsey. :O)

  2. That is too funny! That is exactly the reason I have never liked little dogs. They think they are bigger and tougher than they really are and it drives me crazy! Your Ramsey sure is cute though!
