Almost done Christmas shopping!

My aunt and I went Christmas shopping today and I’m almost, almost, finished.  I have just a few small things to buy to finish up. 

We went to World Market because I had gotten a $20 gift coupon thingy from the store for my birthday, so if I spent $20 I’d get $20 off my purchase- great deal, huh?  Well I wasn’t really finding anything I liked much, and then I found this….

Its for Porter’s room.  Its about 12" x 6" x 6", and after the $20 coupon it was only $5. Great deal, huh? I think I’m going to do a "Train, Plane, Automobile" theme in his room, but kind of vintage-like.  I want to find a 2ft airplane propeller for one wall, some old vintage license plates to decorate and I might try to find some wooden train tracks (little toy-sized) to nail to the wall and go around one corner.  I also found this plane on World Market’s website and I think I might buy it eventually and hang it in one corner of his room. 

And then I also spent some money at the scrapbook store.  Not my money, though.  The person I used to babysit for, Avery and Aria’s mom, is paying me to do their scrapbooks.  She has tons of pictures and is way behind on their books and she isn’t really into scrapping lately.  So, she’s paying me to scrap.  I brought a lot of her scrapbook stuff to my house and I’ll work in my extra time.  She also gave me money to go purchase some things, and OH did I have a blast buying girly stuff.  Thats one drawback about having a boy.  There isn’t much cute boy scrapbook stuff out there, but oh the girl stuff available is wild!  I can’t wait to get started.
