Don’t get me wrong… I love him to death. He loves to cook and he does probalby 90% of the cooking in our house. I’m not that domesticated yet. Anyway, he kills me with some of his food combinations! Tonight he decided to make Chicken Tacos. Simple, right? So he gets the food all cooked and I ask what kind of seasoning he put on the chicken. His reply? Italian Dressing and a little garlic salt. Ok, so we have some Italian Mexican Chicken Tacos. HAHA. Another famous combo of his is grilled chicken and he’ll use a little garlic salt, a little Grill Master brand seasoning in the jar, and when its done, use BBQ sauce on it. Or he’ll do grilled chicken with Italian Dressing and then put BBQ sauce on it. I can’t eat it that way… too many flavors. I was picking on him tonight because he used to talk about wanting to open a bar/restaurant with one of his friends. Tonight I told him "It’d have to be a multicultural restaurant. Come enjoy our Fettuchini Alfredo with rice and eggrolls!" HAHAH.

LOL! Maybe it is a guy thing……My husband and his dad are the same way- always trying to throw a curve ball in their cooking. They make it a big guessing game though. Sometimes the creativity is scary!
