Ok, so I’m not so great

at keeping up with this blog daily. 

Uh Kim, the daily scrapbook page challenge I agreed to yesterday (uhm… last night)- I might already be breaking the deal. Its 12:46am here (so hmm… 9:46 CND time right?) and that means I have less than 2.5 hours to do my page for your deadline.  ***I wonder if she’d know if I scanned a layout I did awhile ago and told her I did it tonight???***

In other news- our house is up for sale.  Don’t ask me what the plans are.  I have no idea.  I have no definite job this fall.  Its all part of my big psychotic plan that probably makes no sense.  I have my interview with Western on Thursday, and I’m actually kind of hoping that goes well.  I’ve decided that if I get offered the position I’ll take it.  If not, the plan will probably include me working at some stupid dead-end job for the time being to pay bills while in the meantime we sell our house, buy a larger one, and convert the basement to an in-home daycare and at that point once I have enough kids to make an income I’ll just do daycare.  I guess.  You never know… my plans could change tomorrow.  Or in an hour.  Sometimes I wonder if I’m nuts or not.  Or if my life will ever seem stable.  Probably not.

What else.  We went grocery shopping today.  That is BIG news.  We go once every month or six weeks.  Seriously.  We pretty much had to force ourselves to go tonight because we had NOTHING to eat… we hate grocery shopping.  Ok, so yeah we run up to the grocery store a few blocks away a few times a week just to run in and grab 2 or 3 things we need to make a meal, but as far as "major" grocery shopping…. we save that for like once a month or once every other month.  Pretty pathetic.

I totally jinxed myself by saying Porter slept 12 hours a night.  Since that post, the last 2 nights he has been up every 2 hours and completely irritable.  Combined with his funny lip sucking faces and compulsive gnawing and drooling, I have a feeling he’s starting to teethe.  Doesn’t sound fun to me.

Well, I am going to sign off.  I’ll try to update a little more regularly.  Sorry. 

Off to attempt to create my page a day.  Kim was gracious and is giving me the Canada midnight deadline (aka 3am USA time).
