Oh. My. Word.

Last night we had two different realtors show our house.  Today, we had another walk-through.  AUGHH.  Yikes.  And when we got home our realtor had left us a message that one of the walk-throughs from yesterday want to see it again- and possibly make an offer.  She wasn’t sure how serious they were about making an offer, though.  I am freaked.  I need to get a freaking job so we can afford to move.  We were seriously just talking about taking our house off the market.  We also figured if worse came to worse we could put everything in storage and live in my mom’s upstairs, which would be a pain in the ass, but we could make do.  She has a large bedroom on the second floor.  It’d work for the time being until we found "the" house to move into.  Oh man.  Can my life get any more complicated?

Bw_copyIn other news… we spent the afternoon at Ry’s parents house today celebrating Lia’s 3rd birthday (the 18th) and Shae’s 2nd birthday (today).  We sort of inconvenienced everyone by having to bring the dogs over since we had people walking through the house.  They behaved good, but it was just a pain in the butt.  We did have a great time visiting with the 3 girls, and they seemed to enjoy seeing Porter also.

Well, I should head out of here.  We’re going to attempt going to church in the morning… its been quite awhile.

  1. I know you have thought about this, but it is going to be much harder to get a new loan with only one income/job history! I pray that things work out for you guys as they should!

  2. Hey Nic…What happened to that adorable picture of the dog licking Porter? That was so darn cute…the drooly basketball pic is cute but loved the sloppy dog kiss one!

  3. On the positive side, how great is it that so many people have looked at your house already! It’s got to make you feel good that people like your house. As bad as the housing market is here I think that is pretty amazing even though you are unsure about the whole thing.
