Day 1 of new naps….

Well, we’re attempting one nap a day.  Porter made it until 10:53, and then fell asleep in the car on the way to Leslie’s house.  He only slept for about 10 minutes, so it gave him a little recharge until the afternoon.  He fell asleep in the car on the way home, around 1:45, and its 3:15 right now- he’s still sleeping.  So, maybe he’ll do ok with only one nap.  We’ll see tomorrow.  ****ETA… Its 3:30… Ry just got home and yelled down the stairs… "Did you know he was up here screaming??!"  So much for a long nap…

Yesterday we started mixing his formula with whole milk.  He only has a few days left of formula, then we’ll be completely on milk.  He seems to be doing ok so far.  He’s down to only 2 bottles a day…. one when he wakes up and one when he goes to bed.  The rest of the day he gets water in a sippy cup and at lunch and dinner he gets milk in a sippy cup.  So far, so good. I just wish he’d drink more milk during the day.  He doesn’t drink it fast, and I think its SO sick to let milk sit out for hours.  EWWW.

Today we went to Leslie’s to visit with them for a bit.  Porter managed to spill her coffee all over the coffee table and mash macaroni and cheese into her carpets, loved chasing Kramer the cat, and was fascinated with her Beta fish and the 6 "dog" heads on her walls (deer heads).  I guess he wanted to give her a taste of what life will be like 12 months from now… HAHA!  Reyna is changing soo much!  She’s still a tiny little peanut… she’s at 8lbs now, but she is SO tiny compared to Porter.  Her head is so little, and her features are so delicate.  I love her!!  Makes me want another baby badly…  Here’s a new picture of her..
