I think I’m destined to have CTF. Seriously.
I went to aerobics tonight with Leslie and, well, lets just say I was not into it at all.
I went last week, and there was a different instructor. I felt like last weeks workout was monotonous and repetitive, and I didn’t care for it. But Les swore the "regular" girl was awesome, fun, peppy, and the class was great.
Well, peppy was this instructors middle name. I swear she was on crack! LOL. She had far too much energy for my liking. Or maybe I was just in a grumpy mood.
Anyway, I decided I’m not cut out for aerobics. I don’t get where the "rolling your arms like in Pat-A-Cake" and "march itty bitty marches, girls, TINY steps" actually tones you up. I need serious movement… I love Kickboxing and TaeBo type classes. I actually feel like I’m working out.
But, I also think its been 2 years since I’ve seriously done any sort of activity that halfway resembles a workout, and I am sure its near impossible to find a working muscle in my body. I have thought about trying to start running again, but the last time I did that (a few months ago, err maybe last fall?) all I could concentrate on was how high my butt was bouncing behind me. Maybe I should get some of those rubber neoprene type shorts? Like scuba shorts? Those might hold in the thighs and butt cheeks.
Ugh. 2 months until Orlando… depressing. I will totally not be wearing a suit down there.

i like kickboxing and tae bo too… have you ever lifted free weights? i really like doing that. of course you would probably still need to do some cardio, but you can definitely see/feel results fast from lifting!
