Happy Cinco de Mayo!

For some reason we were all "festive" and had tacos and margarita de fresas for dinner tonight.  YUM!  Ry and I both kept getting killer brain freezes from the margaritas, but maaaan were they yummmy!  Ry said it was almost like being back in Mexico again.

Except we weren’t eating gourmet food from a great restaurant.

For free (or at least included in the price)

Or drinking a free margarita.

And it wasn’t 85* outside

And we weren’t childless

And thin

Yeah, it was ALMOST like being back in Mexico.  Ahhh…

This morning I called Leslie a million times and finally woke her sorry arse up and got her to go garage saleing with me.  I think I’m becoming an addict.  And I think I’m converting Leslie.  Yes, Leslie, I heard the thrill of the chase in your voice when you spotted that Leapfrog Learning Table at the last sale of the morning.  You almost couldn’t wait until the car was stopped before you were out the door and up the driveway.  HAHAHA!  Naaah.. joking.  But you were excited, huh?  And after that soooo close call with the einstein exersaucer, I know it was imperative that you scoop up that learning table.  It WAS a great deal.

I didn’t find much this weekend, but who’s complaining after my great deals last weekend?!

Before dinner, Ry, Porter and I went to Menards and picked up some flowers for my window boxes, hanging baskets and flower pots.  I planted them (and still have some left over!) and can’t wait until they start filling out. I need some cheeriness here.  This spring has been SO depressing. 

And, I guess this is last of all things… I was tagged by Heather to take a picture of my night stand.  Well, I took this this morning.  And here’s my bathroom sink too.
