Every night before I go to bed (or morning, as lately I haven’t headed to bed before 1am!), I stop by Porter’s room and check on him one last time before hitting the hay.
Last night I couldn’t believe how grown up he seemed… sprawled out in his bed, laying there like a big boy. I grabbed my point and shoot and snapped a few pics… The first one cracks me up… he has a little smirk on his face like he was having a good dream.

I think we might have the same crib – Tiegan’s is natural wood instead of white. The back of it looks the same… too bad she won’t sleep in the darn thing!! I’m giving some thought to converting it to a toddler bed.
Anyway! Sleeping toddlers are just the cutest things, with their open drooling, snoring mouths and their sprawled out bodies. These are good pictures to show the future girlfriend 😛
