Here’s the recipe I use:1 c water – add desired food coloring, then add 1 T oilIn saucepan – mix:1 c. flour1/2 c. salt2 T cream of tartarAdd water & oil mixture and cook over medium heat until dough clumps together. Cool on wax paper. Store is airtight container.Sometimes we add glitter.
