An updated look to the fireplace… trying to make do with what we have…
A freshly painted bathroom…. (it used to be a light yellowish cream color)
I re-purposed two sets of cabinets into a tv stand in the basement…

Take two of the cabinets shown above, plus that white board… paint it all black and add new hardware and voila!
And probably the largest project… we decided to move a wall in the basement one weekend. Yes, just like that! Our laundry room was almost 1/4 of our basement (downside to a two story house… smaller basement), and we thought we could utilize the space a little better. So, we took down the wall and moved it only about 6 feet. It doesn’t seem like much but it makes a lot of difference in the basement. The added space now houses all the kids toys in the basement, leaving a large portion for a table and who knows what else. Its perfect for having the girls over to scrap, too! (Of course I don’t have a final picture to show… I’ll have to add that this week)

I was up all night last night (couldn't sleep) and I was thinking of all the things I needed to do around the house. This post reminded me that little things make a big diff. LOVE those pillows and that footsie pic in the bathroom is awesome!
